HOUSE RULES

  • Absolutely no smoking on the property. Cigarette butts will be mailed home to you!

  • Dogs allowed (no cats) on case-by-case basis. There is also an excellent, very well known pet boarding facility, Beverly Animal Shelter, very nearby for $15/day and they even provide the food.

  • Fire pit use: please extinguish fire completely with the water buckets provided.

  • Locke's Glen house is on a septic system so please put only tissue in commodes! This is very important.

  • Please go very slowly on Teall Beach road - 15 mph is about the maximum.

  • Outdoor activities cease at 10pm - Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors as to loud voices or noise.

  • And most importantly, enjoy yourselves!

  • Zugibe Winery is a four minute walk through their vineyard

  • Three Brothers winery is a ten minute walk

  • Bottomless Brewery is a 5 min drive

  • Ventosa Winery is a 5 min drive
